Where is Charlie from?
Charlie was born in western Pennsylvania in 1953. He has earned degrees in History from Frostburg State University, Clarion State University, and West Virginia University. His area of expertise is the American Civil War and Reconstruction. Charlie is currently an Adjunct Professor of History and Geography at Harrisburg Area Community College and has been a Licensed Battlefield Guide at Gettysburg National Military Park since 1986. He is a published author and a frequent lecturer at Civil War Roundtables and Civil War seminars. Charlie currently lives with his wife of forty years, Joleen, in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Eric Mohney, Executive Producer. Eric first toured Gettysburg on a family vacation when he was eight years old and has been hooked ever since. He began reenacting the Civil War while in high school, and, to this day, participates on occasion.
