Just curious about how often this has happened. When has a true crime podcast brought new witnesses out of the woodwork, or suspects to light, or completely helped solve a case (even just through word of mouth)?

They used to be fantastic. Even before the recent Delphi fiasco, for perhaps the past 8 months or so, almost every episode has been garbage. It’s very low effort recently it seems in terms of ingenuity, thoughtfulness, research, and even case selection.
