I’m so sad. I know people like to pick on VOYAGER and I’m aware that it’s imperfect, but it’s been my absolute favorite Trek. There’s something about this show and the characters that I’ve loved so much. I’m going to really miss the crew and I can’t wait to rewatch the entire series one day. 🖖
Star Trek needs to be more theatrical
I feel like nu-Trek is missing that element to their storytelling. A lot of times people chalk up the new storytelling to "audience tastes evolving" or the lack of episodic format, but I think it's more that back then they didn't feel the need to make it as realistic as possible.
