What listeners say about Can't Hurt Me

This is not the first time I've purchased a very highly rated self-help book through audible and then disliked and returned it.

Jocko Podcast episode where former POW talks about cellmate eating grain of rice one at a time?

Very specific ask. Have been listening for a while and recall a podcast ep where a former POW was talking about how sometimes they would get annoyed by their cellmates were doing stuff. Then he had the breakthrough that... paraphrasing... he was the one that had the problem with his cellmate and it was not his cellmate that had the problem.
