If you can never get enough true crime... Congratulations, you’ve found your people.

To that goal, right, what are some of the things or subjects we can expect you to share on the podcast?

DS: Well, we’re starting this thing off with Lisa Leslie. She’s someone I’m very comfortable with. I’ve known Lisa since she was a junior in high school. We were roommates at USA basketball. We talk about sports, women’s basketball, politics, we talk about life.

Switching gears for a sec, you're coaching the best college basketball team in the country right now. Your team feels special. Is that just me projecting?

DS: Well, you’re not close enough to it. I’m real close. I’m here every day. I see our weaknesses. You mentioned LSU, I mean, we had like 20 turnovers. That’s a fourth of our possessions. So I see that.

We've really got to talk about kicks. You were a signature shoe athlete, so I really want to ask you about Breanna Stewart getting the first WNBA signature shoe in 10 years

DS: I mean, look, Stewie. Out of 10 years our game has been gifted with some great talent. Stewie is killing it all over the world. She should’ve had her shoe by now. Usually bigs don’t get shoes, but Brittney Griner should have her own shoe by now.

What's in your rotation right now?

DS: I’m at an Under Armour school so I can’t disrespect Under Armour by wearing Nike’s. But I’ve been a long time Nike athlete. And, again, I’ve got a signature shoe so I have access. I have the Travis Scott Playstations…I’ve got another pair. My plug is a socket.
