I know it's not a big deal for most, but it is for me: 35 kg squat clean today
28F. Sadly I don't have a video, but I am still so proud. My last max was 27.5 kg, today I shot for 30 and ended up doing 35. When I started, I couldn't even do a push press with the women's rod. I might be weaker and improve slower than the guys at my gym, but today was a great milestone for me.
What movements do you think are completely non-functional?
I think handstand walks have absolutely no functional benefit and even handstand push-ups have no functional benefit. Most CrossFit movements have some real life benefit just can’t see it for handstand walks.
