What is the beginning of a story?

For most of us, the start of a story is always the most relatable. It defines the “humble beginnings” that most successful people have to overcome. The end is always great because finally, you’ve realized the merits of your hard work. It’s the middle that no one really talks about. I’m talking about the grey area that occurs between the start and the end. It’s the part where people think you’re an “overnight success” because they don’t see you putting in the day-to-day work. In today’s episode, I start digging into the meat of what has really made Christian over the years. Learn how to start integrating small, daily steps to help you achieve your long-term goals.

Is modern life convenient?

Modern life is convenient, but is this always a good thing? Generally speaking, if something is becoming easier, quality is likely being sacrificed in the process. As things become easier, we become more-and-more comfortable. We become complacent and eventually stop growing. While I’m not here today to bash technology and all of our wonderful modern conveniences, today I’m here to explain why taking on a challenge is essential for our long-term growth. For me, it’s chopping firewood in the cold. What is it for you?

Is change funny?

Change is funny. Sometimes it pushes you to grow, while other times it can set you back. When I made the move to college after being homeschooled my entire life, many people questioned if I was going to be able to deal with the changes that came with transitioning into college life. When you face a difficult situation, it’s easy to believe that you aren’t able to accomplish something because of your past. On today’s episode you’ll learn why that’s not the case, and I explain how Christian and I were able to build from essentially nothing to the everything you see today. Listen to find out why your humble beginnings can actually be your greatest asset.
