What is RUF Ole Miss?

Welcome to RUF Ole Miss. We are a campus ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) that welcomes students from any and all walks of life. Students from a wide variety of church and religious backgrounds are involved here at Ole Miss. We are here for the "convinced" and the "unconvinced."

Who is RUF Arkansas State’s campus minister?

Austin planted RUF Arkansas State in 2017, and was there for three years before taking the campus minster role at Ole Miss. Kristen is from Jackson, MS, and she works part-time as a Physical Therapist. They have a two year old son, John.

What is we at Ole Miss PCA?

Psalms (7) - Feeling Shame - 51:1-19

Shame that icky feeling we all have of not wanting to be seen. However, David shows us how through our shame we find healing through connection with the Lord and others. Thank you to Ricky Jones, Reid Jones, and Brenee Brown

Psalms (6) - Feeling Angry - 58:1-11

Often we think of anger as something we should hide or grow out of. However, David shows us how to bring our anger to the Lord so that we can identify what is good anger, and then it be channeled into loving mercy, doing justice and walking humbly with God.

Psalms (5) - Feeling Guilty - 32:1-11

Guilt is tells us we've done something wrong and then leads us to a place of forgiveness and freedom. David leads us through the sorrow and joy in Psalm 32

Psalms (4) - Feeling Sad - 13:1-6

Sadness is God’s gift to us in a tragically broken world. When expressed it honors the value of what is lost or missing and leads to comfort, truth, acceptance and healing. David in Psalm 13 leads us in the way to bring our sadness to God.

Where is Kaylee Epps from?

GIVE NOW. Originally from the suburbs of Atlanta, Kaylee Epps graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2015 and has made Oxford her home ever since! Kaylee and her husband Bobby attend College Hill Presbyterian Church where Bobby serves as the Youth Director.

Where was Brian from Give Now?

After graduation, Brian worked for two years with RUF as an intern at Auburn University. He then married Liza (Thompson) and moved to Jackson to attend Reformed Theological Seminary.
