A lot of podcasts I listen to are on the educational side: science, history, philosophy, current and past events, etc.

Podcasts that are uplifting, have a kind of therapeutic vibe, help you think in a healthier way, help you reflect, etc?

This is kind of hard to explain but I didn’t know if there were some therapy-like podcasts that help you feel/think in a more healthy and positive way and maybe also encouraged reflection? I’m having trouble explaining what I’m looking for, so maybe I’ll edit the post but just generally I’m looking for something with a calm, therapeutic vibe that encourages self-reflection and a certain positive way of thinking.
