Union Steward
Join at this tier and you will be (not really) representing the rank and file. While you will have no real bargaining power you will be able to look down on the lowly rank and file. You will essentially be a middle man, you can expect to be stonewalled by the company.
Chairman
Moving off of the shop floor and in to the office. You are joining an elite group of sellouts by taking the first step on the union success ladder. Good things are in the future for you brother!
