Crashes if you lose cell service, even if listening to a pre-downloaded podcast, or for no reason at all. Becomes confused when opened without cell reception and will often take forever to load. Some episodes just won’t download for periods of time. Won’t load some downloaded episodes. Clunky, slow and poorly organized interface.

Wondery, and Wondery Plus provide a wide variety of high quality content but the app is terrible and support is poor, even if you subscribe to plus. I recently replaced my phone and couldn’t get plus content to load until after I unsubscribed to plus. Finding your downloaded content is cumbersome. Your shows display could be improved to make it easier to find the shows you want to listen to. Sometimes I have to repeatedly sign in to the app, often multiple times in single day. I’d consider subscribing again after significant modifications to the app.
