My best friend and I found SST when we were 13 in 1988. We of course found Black Flag and the early stuff, but were weird kids, so we also were into SWA, DC3, Blast, fIREHOSE, etc. We at one time roomed together and had the SWA Winter album in our apt on all formats— LP, cassette, and CD. We used to watch “The Tour” every weekend.
