A former wealthy chemistry partner ( Adam Godley) makes Walt a lucrative offer, but tensions rise when the reasons for the offer become clear. Jesse languishes unemployed and ultimately looks for Walt's replacement in the operation. After Walt refuses treatment for his lung cancer, his family convenes an intervention on his behalf.
