How do I submit a podcast for a teacher contest?
Here's how it works: Put together a podcast with your class or extracurricular group. Then your teacher can submit it to us. This contest is for teachers with students between 5th and 12th grade. Each podcast should be between three and 8 minutes long.

Step 1: Read the entry requirements. Podcasts must be between three and eight minutes long. Read more here. Teachers are welcome to enter more than one podcast on behalf of their students using separate entry forms for each.

How long is the NPR podcast challenge?
The NPR Student Podcast Challenge asks participating students and teachers to take a topic, a lesson, or a unit they're learning about, and turn it into a podcast between three and 12 minutes long. To help classrooms get started, NPR has also shared suggested, but not required prompts, along with a set of criteria that judges will use to pick winning podcasts.
