I've talked about how the relationship with yourself is crucial in previous episodes. That relationship is going to shape the relationship you have with everybody else. The relationship you have with yourself ties into self-image and the entire idea behind self-image. There are so many different labels that we describe ourselves as today.

I want you to take a moment and picture somebody that you think is beautiful. When I do this, I think of Cindy Crawford and my sister. I have always thought my sister was beautiful and I wasn't. That's where I realize my past ideas have shaped my thoughts today. Whoever came to your head, think of why that person is beautiful to you.

Doing the work to have a positive self-image

When I'm having an “ugly day”, I have to think about body image and self-image actively especially in those moments. I want you all to try and look deep into your soul and see that you are beautiful, you are perfect, and there is nothing about your physicalness that can define you. It’s a crazy beautiful thing how we are put together head to toe.
