Summary
In 1994, young cold case investigator Paul Holes tries to use DNA to solve a 1978 murder. The main suspect is a convicted serial killer named Phillip Hughes. As Paul waits for the DNA to be tested, he digs into the first case Hughes was convicted of to see what he can learn about him.
