Non-experts? Totally a grounds for appeal in today’s courts. Just what was the judge thinking, anyway? And what was with the lawyer? Not able to take apart the testimony of a non-expert? Fish was clearly nuts, and his previous doctors were too full of themselves to admit that they had released an insane patient as sane.
