Breaking up with a podcast?

It's weird, but I've found this more and more as I got into my 12th year of listening to podcasts. I've found I've had to start letting some of my favourite ones go.

What podcast will make me actually wheeze from laughter?

The only podcast I’ve ever really listened to was the tiny meat gang podcast and last podcast on the left, I’m looking for something with similar humour as the tmg podcast, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Audiochuck Does It Again!

First they steal content for individual episodes, now they are just copying entire podcasts. Ashley Flowers has made millions using these tactics. Why do people continue to support these frauds?

Non-exploitative true crime

I’m looking for podcasts similar to In the Red Clay, Relative Unknown, and Wild Boys. I love true crime and bingeworthy/suspenseful podcasts that don’t always end with a woman being raped and murdered.

Murdaugh Murders Podcast just took an interesting turn

I know many people don’t like this podcast for varied reasons. But I think it’s been a fairly interesting study on ingrained corruption and have stuck with it. I’m glad I did, the latest episode just took it in an very unexpected but interesting direction.

What is the most interesting podcast episode you've ever listened to?

Mine would hands down be "The scariest episode of "Untitled: the Adam savage podcast". Guest Joe DeRisi of UCSF talks about his work virus hunting. And using DNA sequencing as the future of diagnostic medicine. Ebola, Snakes, Flesh-eating bacteria, etc. Not for the squeamish. By far the most stimulating guest I've ever heard on a podcast.

A Study in Hebrews

If the world was created through Jesus who reigns over it, why do we continue to look to other things to be in control?

The Work of Life

The command to follow Jesus is so simple and yet so profound. How in our busy lives are we called to follow Jesus? What does it look like and how can we possibly carry out that task as we engage the world? This may be the great mystery that plagues the western church. How do we, as professionals, follow Jesus in all that we do?

Living Above the American Dream

Your performance will drive you into a never-ending cycle of needing to do more. Trusting in His performance will drive you to rest.

Radical Words

I’m devastated tonight as a look through the lens of the digital mediums at the world today. I was blessed all day because I got to spend almost the entire day with my son, in the safety of my small house in South St. Louis. We played ball, laughed and he ate everything that I would give him. It was an amazing day, fruitful in every way.

Thy Kingdom Come

Last week I had the privilege of teaching how God formed his family in the Exodus story and what it means to the Church today. We talked at length about how God has called His family to live as a distinct community within the pagan world. As soon as we get the audio you will be able to find the three sessions at porterbrookstl.com.

An Open Letter to the Walking Dead

This morning I woke up much like every Wednesday and rolled out of bed for prayer. It was a good prayer time, Jesus was lifted up and people were prayed for. Our elder team gets up early because we believe that prayer is important, its essential and its vital to the life blood of the Bride.

The Free Gift of Leadership

I was hanging out with one who’s name is only mentioned in the secret circles of the church planting word yesterday and throughout our conversation I was captivated by a thought over and over.
